Orders are shipped Monday-Friday, excluding UK public holidays. We aim for all orders to be dispatched within 1-2 business days of purchase.

All orders are sent via a trackable service. Once your order has been dispatched, an email will be sent with your tracking number.

We currently ship worldwide with all orders dispatched from the UK. Delivery charges are:

For UK deliveries £4.50

For Mainland Europe deliveries £10

For the Rest of the World £20

Please note that all orders sent to outside the UK are liable to customs duties. At this time, the buyer is responsible for any customs duties. This will be payable via your courier after your order has been dispatched. As customs charges are unique to each country, we are unfortunately unable to advise how much these may be. 

Please allow 4-6 working days for UK orders and 7-10 working days for International orders.

We want you to love your Pour Gaia pieces as much as we do - if you don’t, we offer a 14-day returns and/or exchange period, as long as your items remain unworn, unwashed and free of any damage, with our original tags still attached. Please note that sale items are not eligible for return.

Exchange and/or returns are only issued when items have been received and inspected by our warehouse team to make sure that they meet the above returns criteria. 

In order to return or exchange an item(s) from your order, please email us at within 14 days of receiving your order and we will confirm the return address for your order. If you wish to exchange a product for a different item, size and/or colour, please include this information in your email. Please note that due to our slow-fashion business model, we have limited stock and therefore we can’t always guarantee that exchange requests can be fulfilled. 

At this point, we are unable to offer freepost returns. It is the customer’s responsibility to pay for the cost of the return shipment. We recommend that all returning items are sent via a trackable service. Please ensure all items are securely packaged. We will not issue refunds or exchanges for items that do not arrive or arrive damaged. 

For returns from outside of the UK, a customs invoice must be attached to the outside of your parcel. Please mark this as “UK returned goods”. Unfortunately, at this time, we can’t be liable for any customs, duties or taxes on returning goods. 

Returns are typically processed within 5-10 working days of receipt of the item(s). Please note that if your item(s) have been purchased with a discount code, the refund will reflect the discounted price, not the full price of the item.
