Our website is hosted by Shopify who have access to your data for the process of maintaining pourgaia.com and offering our products to you. We use Shopify Payments, Klarna and PayPal to process payments who have access to your information for the act of processing payments for any orders placed on pourgaia.com. We use Mailchimp to maintain our mailing list and they have access to limited data for the purpose of sending you our mailing list.
We also reserve the right to provide your information to law enforcement and/or other government authorities if required to in order to comply with the law.
We take your data seriously and utilise an SSL-certificate to protect your data when placing an order and/or accessing your account in order to protect it from unauthorised access.
All payment transactions take place via a secure payment partner and these details are not stored or processed on Pour Gaia Ltd servers.
We take steps to avoid a data breach but sometimes these still happen. We promise that, should this happen and we know that it will adversely affect you, and we are able to, we will be minimise the impact of this on you and we will inform you as quickly as possible and provide details of our regulator.
I.III HOW LONG WE STORE YOUR DATA
We store your information regarding orders placed with us for 6 years from the date of the order in order to comply with tax regulations within the UK.
If your email address has been used to sign up to a newsletter, we keep this information until advised otherwise via written communication from you. If your email address has been used to open an account on our website, again we keep this information until advised otherwise via written communication from you. However, if your account does not have any purchase activity for more than two years, we reserve the right to close your account.
