Pour Gaia cannot be held responsible, or offer returns or exchanges, for products purchased outside of pourgaia.com. Any purchases made from our stockists are bound by the retailer’s Terms & Conditions.
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time, without prior notice.
I.I Website Content and Terms of Use
All of the content that appears on Pour Gaia’s website, such as images, logos and text, is the property of Pour Gaia Ltd and covered by International copyright law. Please use Pour Gaia as a shopping resource for personal use, but any unauthorised use of the website is strictly prohibited. By using our website, you agree: - to not share, reproduce or modify our content without our prior consent; to not use our website or its’ content or products in a way that is not advised and/or can be damaging to our brand or reputation; or to not use our content for commercial purposes without our prior consent.
We endeavour to display our products as accurately as possible on our website. However, occasionally, there may be variations between the images on our site and the physical product, such as in colour, size, shape and/or look. If you receive an item which you are not satisfied with, please email us at enquiries@pourgaia.com
I.II Order Approval
All orders of products from pourgaia.com must be for personal use only- and not be used for resale or for commercial purposes.
All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. On rare occasions, Pour Gaia reserves the right to cancel orders due to: - noncompliance with the above terms; if an item is out of stock or withdrawn from sale; if we are unable to obtain payment authorisation; or if shipping restrictions apply.
Your payment method will be debited at the same time you submit your order to us. If your order is not approved, you will be notified as soon as reasonably possible. We will refund any orders which are cancelled.
I.III Cancellation Policy
We endeavour to dispatch all orders within 48 hours of purchase, excluding weekends and UK public holidays. If your order has already been dispatched, we are unfortunately unable to make any changes to your order, including delivery information, or to cancel the order. If your order has not yet been dispatched and you wish to cancel it, please email us at enquiries@pourgaia.com and we will happily cancel your order and refund you.
I.IV Pricing Policy
All prices are displayed on our site in GBP. These prices are exclusive of delivery costs, customs duties and import taxes. Delivery costs will be added at checkout.
For orders within the UK, VAT will be collected for your order and this will be visible on your purchase receipt.
For orders outside of the UK, any duties and taxes (including VAT) will not be included in your order or the payment to Pour Gaia Ltd. The responsibility of customs duties and import taxes reside with the customer. These are paid at the point of your package arriving at your country’s border. The courier will contact you with the exact amount due and the payment method. Please contact your local customs office ahead of ordering if you would like more information regarding taxes or duties which may apply to your order. Unfortunately, as these costs vary per country, we are unable to advise what these may cost ahead of shipping.
Please note that due to Brexit regulation, packages heading to Europe will be liable for customs duties at available at your country’s border. In addition to this, if your order value is more than €135, you will also need to pay VAT at the border along with customs duties.
Here at Pour Gaia, we reserve the right to change the prices displayed on our website at our discretion and without prior notice to you.
We currently accept payment via Paypal and the credit/debit cards visible at checkout on our website. Our website is managed by Shopify who process your payment and ensure your information is kept safe and secure.
We have partnered with Klarna in order to offer you the following service: Pay in 3. In order to use this service, your payment will be processed by Klarna. Klarna's Pay in 3 instalments credit agreements are not regulated by the FCA. Missed payments may affect your ability to use Klarna in the future. 18+, UK residents only. Subject to status. I.V Delivery Policy
All orders will be dispatched from the United Kingdom via a trackable delivery service. A signature will be required upon delivery, at which point the responsibility of the goods is transferred to the purchaser.
We aim to get your products to you within 4-6 working days for UK orders and 7-10 working days for international orders. Unfortunately, Pour Gaia cannot be held responsible for any delivery delays due to the courier, customs and/or events beyond our control.
I.VI Returns and Exchange Policy
If you wish to exchange or return an item, you must request this within 14 days of receipt of the order. All returning items must be in their original conditions with labels attached. We cannot accept returns that have been worn, washed, altered or have visible make-up or deodorant stains, or display strong odours.
Please do not return an item without first requesting a returns number. To request this information, please email us at enquiries@pourgaia.com. Please note that any return requests made at the weekend will be answered on the next working day.
We cannot process the refund or send an exchange until the original item(s) have been received by us. Please ensure that items are returned to us within 14 days of receiving your returns number from us. The cost of shipping returning items to Pour Gaia for exchange or a refund is not covered or reimbursed by us. We will however cover the cost of shipping any new item(s) to you in the event of an exchange. We would recommend using a trackable service for sending back your returns or exchanges as we are unfortunately unable to refund items which are not received by our warehouse team.
Please allow 5-10 working days following the receipt of the return for a refund to be processed. An email will be sent once your refund has been processed. Please note that your refund can only be credited back to the original form of payment. At this time, except in the cases of faulty items, we are unable to refund your original shipping costs.
If you have paid customs duties or taxes on your purchase, this is not refundable by Pour Gaia Ltd, but it may be recoverable if you contact your local customs office.

Please note, here at Pour Gaia we aim to be as sustainable as possible. We have taken great care when producing our products in order to limit returns, which place a heavy strain on the environment. Whilst sometimes returns are unavoidable, we will monitor returns to identify any overuse or potential abuse of the policy and reserve the right to refuse a return or close your account if suspect any abuse of our returns policy.
I.VII Promotions
We reserve the right, at our discretion, to offer promotional codes for certain products or with certain conditions. Only one promo code may be used per order.
We reserve the right to modify or cancel a promo code at any time, if we believe that the promo code has been incorrectly distributed or otherwise misused.
I.VIII Pre-Order Policy
From time-to-time, we will offer our products available for sale via pre-order. By pre-ordering our product, you understand that full payment, including postage, will be required at the time of order and the items will be shipped at a later date. The estimated delivery date will be listed on the individual product page.
Please see the Cancellation Policy above which covers the rules for cancelling a pre-order.
I.IX Gift Vouchers
At times we may offer gift vouchers for sale on our website. These gift vouchers will be offered at a specified value and can be used for ordering product from pourgaia.com only. The monetary value on the voucher will be used against product only and not against any postage charges.
If the order amount is greater than the gift voucher value, payment will be needed for the difference, including postal charges. If the order amount is less than the gift voucher value, the remaining amount will stay on the gift voucher.
Gift vouchers are valid for 12 months after purchase. We reserve the right to add restrictions to gift vouchers at any point.

By using and/or purchasing from pourgaia.com, you agree to the following terms: - you confirm to use the website and/or products for their intended use and at your own risk; you confirm that you are not allergic to any of the products you purchase; and you agree to follow the care guide for your purchased products.
When purchasing from pourgaia.com, you agree to provide accurate and current information. If you setup an account on our site, you agree to keep your account password safe and secure.
In addition to the above, you agree to never use pourgaia.com for an illegal or prohibited activity and to not post or use the site in an abusive or offensive manner, or to transmit unsolicited advertising to either Pour Gaia Ltd or its’ customers.
We retain the right to modify or terminate your access to the site at any time in relation to the above policies.
